  • How long does my Peace and Comfort Passport Membership Commitment last?

 

Your Peace and Comfort Passport Membership will be for 6 (six) months, the monthly billing cycle starting with the date you sign up. For example: Your monthly billing will begin on the date you apply, and 6 (six) payments of 69.00, plus credit card processing fee if applicable, will be charged monthly on the same date of application.

 

  • Can I end my Peace and Comfort Passport Membership before 6 months is over?

 

The low rates that you receive for your membership are based on your commitment to your body and health. Should for any reason you need to end your Peace and Comfort Passport Membership before your 6 month commitment is over, you will be charged a 69.00 early termination fee plus the prorated portion of your remaining billing cycle month.

 

  • How do I end my Peace and Comfort Passport Membership?

 

We hope to keep you happy for the length of your Membership. Should you choose to end this Membership early, you must notify The Way Within Spa in writing.  Please address all letters to: Management, The Way Within Spa, L.L.C., 1722 J street suite 1, Sacramento, CA 95811 and SIGN and date this letter. Should it be easier to end your membership in person, please request a Peace and Comfort Passport Membership Early Termination Form from Management while at the Spa. All requests will be processed within 3 working days from receipt of the form or letter. You will be charged the 69.00 Termination Fee plus the prorated portion of the remainder of you billing cycle.

 

 

  • What if I can't get my Peace and Comfort Massage in the month I am billed for?

 

The Way Within Spa will make every attempt to reserve your Massage. Should you be unable to receive your Peace and Comfort Massage in a billed month, you will be eligible for 2 ( two ) Peace and Comfort Sessions in the following month. This is a Rollover allowance.

This allowance can be accommodated only once during your Membership Commitment. Should you not receive your Peace and Comfort Session in any of the remaining months of your Membership we suggest you opt for Early Termination.

 

  • What if the Therapist I want is not available for my Massage?

 

The Way Within Spa is here to deliver quality Massage, with Organic Oils, in a soothing and ambient setting. All of Therapists are unique and have been screened to administer quality sessions. We cannot control the schedules of individual Therapists and cannot guarantee the availability of particular persons for your sessions.

 

 

  • What if I can't get in for my appointment for the month?

 

When you leave the spa we highly recommend that you reschedule your session for the following session. Reservations made in advance are guaranteed by the Spa. We recommend advance reservations for your Peace and Comfort sessions and all sessions. Requests for your session made the same day or made toward the end of your billing cycle may not be fulfilled if our capacity will not allow it. All reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis.  A Rollover Allowance may be used if needed for one month.

 

 

  • What if I want a friend to use my remaining Membership?

 

Your membership allows for one (1) Guest Steam Pass every month. It is not transferable and is for your enjoyment only.

 

  • How do people know I am a Peace and Comfort Passport Member?

 

Please show your Passport Card whenever you use the Spa or bring a Guest.

 

  • What if I cancel my scheduled appointment?

 

We need eight hours  notice to change or cancel any appointment or a half session fee will be charged.
