Open Fire Chef Dinner
Using an open flame hearth and century old cooking techniques, this Farm-to-table dinner is cooked entirely over open fire at our cookhouse. This experience incorporates vegetables grown in our garden, herbs and spices foraged in our forest and local meats and vegetables from the surrounding farms. A true delight for all senses!

Adam Elzer
Adam Elzer created the vision for Within to bring Mother Nature back to city dwellers and urban citizens. He is also founder of Everyday Hospitality Group based in NYC.

His mission for creating this luxurious retreat center and community is to bring the rejuvenating and peaceful spirit of the outdoors to each and every guest by giving them the tools to engage in a serene, therapeutic environment. Elzer hopes that guests will leave the property feeling at peace and more attuned to who they are while feeling inspired and empowered to lead their lives with sustainability and love.
Michelle Belegrin
Founder of Casa 505 Interiors, a design studio rooted in harmonizing nature, energetic flow & overall well-being. She is also a Frequency Alchemist with a background in Nutrition.

Snøhetta is an award winning international design firm that creates architecture, landscapes, interiors, product design and graphic design.

Food is medicine. Not only does it nourish our bodies and provide energy- it can ground, heal and inspire. From the nutrients in the soil to the food and care that is given to the quality of life, the circle of life is a vital component in our culinary offerings. With the vast local farm options in the area and our on-site gardens, it gives true meaning to our Farm-to-table ethos.
